As the planning commission over Barton, Jasper, Newton, and McDonald counties, the counties themselves and all municipalities located within have the option to participate in the services that the Truman Council offers through membership dues. We will help with the application and administrations of grants, using these membership dues as matches. All memberships dues are directly reinvested into the sustainability of the Trumans Council. We hold board meetings quarterly and they are open to the public. We encourage community members to attend.
