The Truman Lab
The Truman Lab is a nonprofit, state-certified microbiology laboratory. Our analyses can be used to satisfy both public drinking water requirements and privately-owned water concerns.* Our goal is to bring affordable water testing services to southwest Missouri.

What can we test for?
Our specialty lies in the state-certificated testing methods for E. coli and total coliforms. While we excel in these areas, we also offer testing for a wide range of parameters beyond our certified expertise. Although these methods are not yet state-certified, we employ rigorous quality control and quality assurance protocols to deliver reliable results that may be equivalent to those of a certified lab. Many private residents are satisfied with these services, but routine, state-mandated testing for schools and local governments may require certified analysis.
