The purpose of this Nonpoint Source Watershed Plan for the Spring River Watershed is to outline a plan of goals and actions for the surface waters of the watershed. All three parts of the plan are available at the links below. HSTCC plans to update this plan in the coming year in partnership with our water quality testing and monitoring efforts.
